A Thoughtful, Personalized Approach

I'm Dr. Adam Fried, a licensed clinical psychologist helping adults and older adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I bring over two decades of clinical experience to my private practice in the Paradise Valley / North Phoenix area. My approach is both empathic and integrative. I draw from insight-oriented, cognitive, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors — with the goal of reducing distress and creating lasting, meaningful change.

With a Ph.D. from Fordham University and training at NYU-Langone Medical Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs, I offer a depth of expertise grounded in research and refined through years of practice.
